Petrina's strong Christian faith and love of God has given her the desire to capture the beauty of his creation and weave this aspect into her work. She has always sought to paint on the theme of light and how light overcomes darkness.
The recent astonishing skies have captured her imagination and given her momentum as she revisits her favourite subject - "The Manx Landscape", launching her into a whole new body of work on this theme.
She now runs a small studio gallery in Castletown called "Light and Space" where she can be seen working and where there is an ongoing exhibition of her work alongside the work of other artists.
Both MostlyManx shop in Douglas and The Manx Tartan Shop in Laxey stock a selection of Petrina's cards
