Well TT has come and gone and every one seemed to have enjoyed themselves. The weather was sunny and warm which always helps. We found customers who visit the Mill every year had no problems finding us upstairs and new visitors all commented on the lovely beamed ceiling in the shop. They love the way we have hung things like the deckchair from the beams.

Some of our best selling items have been our cushions. We have cushions with cats on, cushions with a map of the IOM on, cushions with tram horse "Amby" on, Loaghtan ram, Manx Tartans and Manannan. A cushion for every day of the week.

We now have new kitchen co-ordinates in, aprons and oven gloves, tea towels and tea cosies.

We also have a replica of Kelly's Manx cottage music box which plays Ellan Vannin.

If you are looking for ideas for wedding presents, our Ellan Vannin glass has lots of new editions to it. Vases, fruit bowls, candle holders, decanters, xmas baubles and glasses for everyone (beer, wine, whiskey and brandy).

Our next big occasion will be Tynwald Day on 5th July. We are having a stall at Tynwald fair again. We hope the weather is better than last year as we got soaked and felt so sorry for all the visitors to St John's. Fingers crossed for sunshine.

See you there maybe
