DELIVERY METHOD & TIMESCALE

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Isle of Man Post now send parcels using The IOM Steam Packet rather than by air so being on an Island we can be subject to very occasional disruption due to weather conditions.

Although we send most of our orders signed for, and get a tracking number, this usually means we only see when it has been delivered. This means we can not tell if it has been held up at customs.

For local deliveries, where possible, we use G E White Ltd.

ISLE OF MAN: Usually next working day
UK STANDARD DELIVERY: 3-5 working days
EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY : 7-14 working days
WORLD STANDARD DELIVERY : Varies by country (customs checks can result in delays). However we usually find goods are received within 14-21 working days.

Republic of Ireland: Unfortunately we do not ship to Ireland. 

All shipping costs are calculated by our shopping cart system based on your delivery location and the weight of the items ordered. You can see the cost of shipping without having to finalize your order.
